I failed at many different businesses in my teenage years. I tried college. At 19 years old, 1 semester into college, I put on a suit and walked upstairs to my father with a written contract that said something along the lines of "If I am not on track to make 6 figures a year within the next 12 months, I will go back to school and finish my 4 year degree, I will pay for it all. But I need 12 months to try to make something happen. Sign Here". That was the start, 11 months later and multiple different business, and positions later. I landed at PlugPV Solar. The sales team was a total of about 3 people. In the last 6 years, we have taken that team from 3 reps to over 80 sales people. We have sold over 150 million in gross revenue. We have become the #1 Private installer in New York. And most importantly, I can't even tell you how many lives we've changed. Kids I grew up with have gone from making $800 a week working in Amazon warehouses to making over $500,000/year in less than 2 years. I am grateful for every single opportunity that I have been given and I am grateful to get to have an impact on people's lives!
